I swear..I go through the most....you all may see a news report about a vehicle went through a almost 10 foot drop to avoid killing someone else.....well, guys that was me. Broken collarbone. All I saw was Woods, water, vines, sticks...you name it. When I was leaving the road, I said to myself, I am going to die. I let go of the wheel. It was slow motion as my car went down nose first...and I thought, Please dont let it hurt. I hit several trees, kept going...then finally I hit a big tree; which stopped me. My airbag popped out...and my car started smoking...(to think I missed Six Flags last week, I guess I got my ride a different way, lol) I jumped out the car, and started trying to get away from my car...thought it was going to blow. Then the vehicle I avoided, the driver came down the revene to save me! He was teary eyed and he was like, You was in that car? As we came up....a bunch of bystanders was around, a lady who didnt know me, just hugged me...and said,You walked away from that? Funny thing, my old school mate Chris McIntyre (he is a ER medic) responded to the call. He recognized me instantly and hugged me. Even the drivers mom was crying. No, I didnt get the young man(driver) in trouble...because he came back for me. He just didnt leave me there where no one would of known I was down there....Ive known ppl all my life, who would of done the opposite. He stayed there, until the ambulance came. So---my baby is totaled. Oh well...and my left arm is matching my screwed up left arm. At least, there is no funeral. Second time, I truly cheated death with these reverenes, and no bars to keep the drivers safe ( City needs to build one on this particular spot). Where am I? Home. Yep-- everyone who seen the car thinks Im dead....whatever reason, it wasnt my time. It made me realize I would die for someone I truly dont know. I made a decision to spare someone else, and offer myself. Also goes to show....Chevys are built damn tough. My car gave me 7 glorious years. In the end, protected me. I salute, Silver Bullet! #God #couldbeworse
