I switched to Verizon for my internet hotspot on the truck back in 2012 and when I bought it then, they told me that the 10GB plan was the largest that they offered. I have been paying overages since 2012. If you log into my account online and try to upgrade to a larger account it only offers a 10GB or less still today but while I was online in my account today, the little box popped up to speak to a customer service representative so I asked and they said they have offered higher plans for over 2 years now!!! So now Im on a higher plan and trying to get some of my money back for all the overages that Ive been charged. Im suppose to call back in two days to see what they will do for me... I could be getting around $600.00 back...
