I talked with a well educated person , with a good job, who came to Denmark for more than 15 years ago, and feels the difficulties of living in peace with the Danish mentality, which is both tolerant and intolerant, rigid to a great degree and lacks the courage to strive for greatness and acceptance of those who wish to excell beyond the consensus` boundaries. I know that it has frustrated lots of well educated immigrants, because they feel they are choked by it. Many good brains leave this country of this reason alone. It is a fact of life, but it is dangerous for those WHO stay here to become embittered and disaapointed, since it will sap their creativity and energy, and make them resign like most people here do, even without noticing it. I chose the defiance, the struggle and the fight against the compulsory and suppresive parts of this mentality, and see- I do really thrive in this country. My advice is- fight it in the front of your prefernces, and no one will be able to stop you living a full fledged life.
