I teach my church NOT to put their confidence in men, but in God alone. Men, as well as self are disappointing to others even if we do our best. But to walk with God in the spirit and to know he is always acting as a Father leads us to forget, forgive, pretend it never happened and go forward with faith that God, Our Father who are in heaven is near to us in all situations. My Father sees all, knows all, understands all and is does all and has all power. My kids knew my love for them in all their doing; good or bad how much more will our Father do for us if we ask.
