I teach the importance of asking within and listening deeply. And yet it can be difficult to do that when it seems like the requests go unanswered. This has led me to read Pema Chodron again and lean into groundlessness and uncertainty. After reading the first few pages of Living Beautifully I was reminded that my desire for certainty -- its been one of affirmations in fact -- is what creates my suffering since nothing is certain and we are actually all in groundlessness of ever shifting reality. So more surrendering and listening and following the subtle urgings within me as I seek whats next for me. And as lean into the next phase of my life, I say to myself: oh you sweetheart woman of little faith who preaches faith receive your own blessing and your own teaching. And now it seems that something I could never have imagined is coming forward and my mind is in disbelief while my heart and body are singing. So asking today to receive more deeply what I do actually believe and to let the part of my mind that worries rest for a bit. Take a rest dear worry self -- its a beautiful day to go to the beach! Open my heart to new possibilities that come from the unmanifest field of all potentials and allow the force of the divine to continue to guide our way!
