I thank Allah everyday for blessing me with the ability to grow - TopicsExpress

I thank Allah everyday for blessing me with the ability to grow and develop mentally and spiritually. Here are a few of the things Ive learned in no particular order of importance: 1. Your man or husband doesnt like to be compared to another man. Doesnt matter if its your dad, your brother, etc. 2. Its not my duty to change my mate but only to be an example for him. If you accept him as your mate you made a conscious choice. Support his better side while you strengthen him to overcome his shortcomings. 3. A real man doesnt want to compete with you particularly those things that are considered masculine i.e mechanic work, domestic repairs, supporting and guiding the family, etc. 4. A man can be dutiful but not love or be in love with you. Try to awaken his sense of adoration for your by being a good woman. 5. If he is your husband or your mate, console, comfort and pay attention to him because if you dont theres a woman who will. Being a woman is about more than submitting, I feel more powerful now than ever. I have a man the makes me want to be a better woman, mother, and servant to Allah. Im happy as hell( no pun intended). Take it or let it alone!! Humbly speaking
