I thank Almighty GOD for HIS Word of truth. Today, we shared on the Anointing our Enabler the one who makes something possible. Acts 10:38 and how God anointed or qualified JESUS and consecrated set HIM apart and made Him suitable to perform/do/ carry to completion, the required assignments. When GOD anointed JESUS of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit (that which is divine, pure, right and excellent),HE anointed Him with strength , ability and power; not just to do but to do good work. Lets consider the source of our authority, power and ability. Luke 4:18-19. The source is the Spirit of the Lord. The Spirit of the Lord is upon you/me, because HE hath anointed (enabled) you/me (made us suitable to perform/do/carry to completion) our assignments. 1. To preach (make known through proclamations and personal evidence) the gospel, the good news, the message concerning Christs life, death and resurrection, the kingdom of God, to the poor ( those lacking or deficient in any area.) Believe and confess with me, This is a good work and Im anointed for it. 2. He hath sent me to heal (submit, give the solution, provide the cure for) the brokenhearted (overwhelmed by grief, disappointment, bruised, crushed and hopeless). Believe it with me and confess, This is a good work and Im anointed for it. 3. To preach (make known that deliverance, rescue and release is available) to the captives (those held as hostage slaves, and prisoners). Believe it with me and confess, This is a good work and Im anointed for it. 4. And recovering (restoration) of sight to the blind (lacking perception, awareness, and not governed by purpose.). Believe it with me and confess, This is a good work and Im anointed for it. 5. To set the burdened and battered free. Believe it with me and confess, This is a good work and Im anointed for it. 6. To announce, “now is the time to respond to HIS grace. This is God’s year (time) to act and show up in the earth. Believe it with me and confess, This is a good work and Im anointed for it. GOD wants the evidence of His existence to show up in the earth! How? Through You, HIS anointed. Like He anointed JESUS, He anointed you. The anointing makes you ready for action, take it and cause it! This is a good work and Youre anointed for it. Jesus was able to do all this because GOD was with HIM. They shared the same spirit and the same heart! Relational agreement! The same heavenly Father that anointed JESUS. Is the same heavenly Father that anoints you, the disciple of JESUS! Wow! You matter! See you in the labor field! xASC
