I thank Brother Greg Reilly for posting these sermons. This past Sunday, I was concerned that due to my poor health, I was unable to communicate the message I felt compelled to bring. Gregs synopsis hit the main points for me and indicated I had communicated the key points, despite feeling poorly. In the meantime, I need to let our church members know that I spent Sunday afternoon in the emergency room because I was experiencing a numb, achy, heavy sensation in my shoulders and arms, as well as a numbness in my neck, back of my head and cheeks. The good news is that I was not experiencing a stroke or heart attack. The bad news is that the E.R. doctor, after viewing the MRI, indicating that he can view a mechanical impingement on the disk in my neck above the last fusion. He has instructed me to see the surgeon regarding this quickly, suggesting to me that surgery on yet another disk (third time) in my neck is probably likely. In the meantime, I am achy and uncomfortable, with these numb, tense feelings coming and going, and the instructions of the E.R. doctor to immediately return to the E.R. should I experience any difficulty breathing is a bit frightening. So it looks like Im trying to get through another Easter before dealing with this problem., I deeply desire your prayers. I would say covet, but we are told not to do that.
