I thank the Lord I wasnt raised a fundamemtalist or just a bible believer, and its nothing to do with the people as the majority I know/know of are most excellent souls, because i imagine just examining new ideas would be extremely difficult nevermind changing ones view of a lifelong teaching of a certain interpretation. . I am also coming to the thinking that there has been some seriously sophisticated social engineering going on in relation to the interpretation of scripture to suit certain agendas. Im coming across hints of contradictions and misinformation in what i formerly thought were sound interpretations with some being very subtle with massive implications. I can see im gonna have to do much more research. Id highly recommend watching part 1 of this 2 part look at the flood as it contains information on the different styles of writing used in scripture. Note that none of the above is a scriptural issue just interpretations, mistranslations and mans ideas. Peace
