Chol tong mayai for brilliance work and how he really dreamt abt z future of South Sudan by investing on education wch is the mother born of every aspect of life.sending government employees for further studies was the best strategy for lake state government to deal with corruption and good governance that can deliver service to all communities of greater lake state and also accountable for public fund.
