I think AT&T online biz portal / website must take a close 2nd to the terrible airline service these days. Seriously... 2 minutes for a page to load to PAY a BILL!? Feels a bit like the Scandanavian Air attendant who was literally yelling at me the other day as I handed her my credit card to pay fee for my bag being over weight. Since when has it become acceptable to have such poor service at the SAME time you are PAYING them? Unbelievable. p.s. I love AT&T other than their portal. I am a loyal customer who has been very patient & would still NEVER switch back to Verizon. ;)
