I think Canadian weather forecasters must have attended the same lectures as the chief economists of most financial institutions judging by how much they change their minds and develop excuses why their predictions were so far off the mark. Just getting ready to go shovel the wet snow from the driveway before the deep freeze hits and turns it to a thick layer of treacherous ice under the surface of the fresh snow well be getting later. But based on what the forecasters had said two days ago Id planned on inviting some friends over for a swim in the pool this afternoon ....... OK ...... So that WAS an exaggeration, but to change from plus double digit temperatures to being on a snow squall watch for the same time period is a pretty big shift in projections in just 48 hours. Just in case they suddenly change their minds again Im making sure Im ready for them by wearing my mask, fins, snorkel and water wings while shoveling the snow.
