I think Facebook just has way too many employees and it makes the product worse. The whole thing (Facebook!) is basically an app, and apps want to be simple. But youve got a few thousand people, so now we slice that app into 100 or whatever product teams, and they all keep on adding features like theyve got 100 apps. But as a user, we want apps to be simple, like, say, Tinder at the max. With Facebook theres just features everywhere you move your mouse, and its constantly changing. Kind of crazy.
