I think I am going to start a Chemical Engineering Robotics apprenticeship program where we pay kids, that we find sutable for our program, to drop out of high school and get their GED. We then contract said kids to work a 2 year term in apprentiship - (with possibility for 2 year extension at the end of the first term) - in our labs and R&D and production departments. Yes, a trade school if you will. Except our kids will be light years ahead of simply building track houses and welding pipes when they complete a 2 year term......if you are afraid of getting a rotten apple, stop picking them off the ground. Start picking them from the tree.
