I think I am in the early stages of mastitis in my left breast. What are some natural remedies to resolve this? I have started nursing on all fours- but when doing this, should I be nursing both sides on all fours? or just the breast that is infected? I have also been using a hot compress, and massaging the area. Should I pump after every feeding just to make sure the breast gets completely emptied? Every time we feed, I have started her on the infected side. What else can I do? At what point...
