I think I can say that Ive done nothing but basketball this last week/weekend!!! Between Maggs and David we had basketball every night last week but Wed. night, David played 2 games Sat. in a tourn. and then one game Sunday in the same tourn. and 2 more games in his club tourn. Sunday late afternoon/evening...Maggs played 3 games Sunday in her club tourn. They both did well...Maggs zion team got 3rd in Christ Lutheran JV tourn., Davids zion team got 2nd in Christ Lutheran JV tourn. (David also received the sportsmanship award...proud of him), Davids zion team got 5th in Madison Roundball varsity tourn., Davids club team got 1st in Crofton tourn., and Maggs club team got 4th in Crofton tourn.!! Think we had enough basketball???!!! Guess what....Id do it all again (and we will be till end of March)...Love watching them play/doing something they enjoy!! Both Maggs and Davids Zion and club teams are great teams/players and I enjoy watching all of them!! Maggie also won a sportsmanship award a few weeks ago in the Madison tourn....very proud of her...maybe they are listening when I nag on them about what a true athlete is and what its really all about!!
