I think I liked the pasta sauce I made tonight. I think it needs a little tweeking. I carmelized an onion, oven roasted 1 clove of garlic, used a jar of mild "sweet" red peppers, added a bit of parsely and jucied it into a thick sauce. I heated it on the stove with basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. I added sauteed mushrooms and rice pasta. It was good but the noodles were a bit too thin. I think it would have been better with artichoke speghetti noodles or in a lasagna.
