I think I may have learned a life lesson last night. Decided I would cook some stuffed jalapeño peppers so I took the seeds and veins out with my bare hands. My hands started burning so I put ice on them and then massaged my hands in mustard. They continued to burn. This morning my fingers are swollen and on fire. So take my advice and wear gloves before you work with peppers. BTW, they tasted good and were pretty hot. Think Ill see if Trey Denney wants the leftovers.
