I think I need help/guidance? But Im sure I dont want keep doing this the wrong way! Lately Ive been borderline strain to pain and according to the directions there is no right or wrong way but it should not hurt. Ive had a few car accidents, so my right hip and leg are all messed up! Hence and partly why Im doing this. Right now its tuff to stay down for 5 minutes? I dont want to wait until my 30th try to stay down for 30 minutes straight. Is that realistic? Should I ante to twice a day? Its not just my calves its more like my calcaneus and my tibilalis anterior are on fire. Also the arch on both feet and my heel. My biggest concern is after Im done my feet are really tingly and numb feeling also Ive noticed more callus on my feet usually indicates lack of circulation. Even tho Im bent at the trunk I feel I should stretch my rectus femoris and strengthen my adductor magnus/longus, gracilis and Vastus medialis! The latter muscles including my satorius are on fire! Any ides anyone? Or am I on the right track? Thanks :)
