I think I should start a gourmet kitchen for breakfast. Today we took a thick slice of cabbage, nice and round like a cabbage patty. Put it in a 6 inch preheated iron skillet with some oil and tablespoon of water on the bottom. Let the steam soften the cabbage about 2 minutes and use a cover to hold the steam in. Spread the cabbage from the inside out so it fills out the skillet leaving gaps in many places in the cabbage. Take two eggs, 1/2 teaspoon of chicken soup flavoring, and chop up some smoked salmon into small cubes maybe the size of your pinkie finger tip. Mix the egg and salmon together. Pour this mixture and fill in the cracks of the cabbage spreading it evenly over the entire cabbage patty. Add another tablespoon of water and cover. Let it steam cook the entire patty until the egg is almost cooked. You need to let it cook firm because you will flip it. If you try to flip it too early it will fall apart. OK after you flip it to finish cooking the egg inside the cabbage, shred you favorite cheese and sprinkle on top of the cabbage patty. Cover and let the steam melt the cheese. When it is melted (about a minute) take it out of the pan and serve. With a glass of fresh orange juice, you got a gourmet breakfast and a kiss from your wife. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
