I think Im going down to Atlantic City tomorrow and staying at The Quality Inn Flamingo. This is a great little place a block from the ocean. The top floor has a wrap around balcony. Thats where Im getting a room. In September the rates drop to $49 a night and hardly anyone is there. Im going to bring down a bottle of wine, which I havent drank in two weeks, sit on the balcony with my boom box and play some Elton John while I slowly become illegal to drive enjoying the beautiful weather. Im also gonna roll the dice at Tropicana Casino & Resort. :) I say I think Im going down because the AC weather forecast was nice for a whole week for Monday and Tuesday and then it said rain, but now its just saying windy for Monday. Weathermen. Hmmph. I love weather and I respect weathermen. I even wanted to be a weatherman when I was in grade school but lets face it. They dont seem to be able to predict weather more than 2 days in advance. I dont mind wind. Ive always liked being outside in the wind.
