I think Javier Bardem is a brilliant, responsible, intelligent, honest and courageous artist, and I admire so much his act of having published that letter. But I wish it didnt need a gorgeous Hollywood star to get more people to express their outrage about what Israel is doing in Gaza. I wish we would listen more attentively to the voice of the victim, and believe it. I wish we had the courage to speak out our minds, always, without the fear of being judged, or of being politically correct. I wish we acted for peace by at least by denouncing the crimes and the injustice instead of wishing peace by adopting neutrality. Palestinians have been suffering for more than 70 years. And the more time we take to acknowledge this and denounce openly Israels occupation and crimes, the more extremism it will create, the more hatred, the more death. And until we (individual citizens) find other means of being efficient, until the world leaders gain consciousness (if ever), until Palestine is a free and independent sovereign state, lets at least adopt and call for the one and only peaceful arm weve got: BOYCOTT. #BoycottIsrael #BDS #FreePalestine
