I think Tory rule has shown us what its like to be ruled by an arrogant, self-serving minority. I think Scotlands challenge has made us think hard about one way to escape that. I think everyone has realised that we all need to be more active about governing our destinies than wed become under Westminster. We have the tool to do that and its called the internet. Of course we need a legislature to administer the country, but there is no reason why every healthy citizen in the UK should not be able to voice an opinion on issues that concern them. That is the route to the devolution of power.
