I think all the residents of Newark will be voting for Corey Booker as the next US Senator representing New Jersey. Since Mayor Booker has taken office, major violent crime in Newark has risen and is now out of control. In fact, there have been 10 murders in the last 10 days. His answer now is to hire more police officers; I guess he should hire back the 162 officers he fired in 2010. Perhaps, just perhaps, Mayor Booker should spend more time with his police commanders figuring out a solution, and not so much time on the campaign trail with Eva Longoria and Oprah Winfrey. Yes, I’m certain Newark residents will be much happier, and much safer with a new Mayor.
