I think an American civics lesson may be in order. According to the Bill of Rights the 4th amendment declares: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. When an American says no thank you to a police officer, this public servant must respect his rights and move along. ONLY if the officer is investigation a specific crime and has a properly issued warrant may he proceed against a resistant American.
