I think as far as democracy is concerned we are not becoming any better. A lot of people are still battling to understand the real meaning of what democracy is. Yes, we can have different meanings of what democracy really is. But let me counsel you, if you will carry on comparing the current regime to the regime prior to 94, then you will have many problems. Even though I was not there during the era of oppression, my father and I believe to the notion that you must not let your past dictate your future. I think as an individual it must ring to ears that you were born to bring changes in the betterment of our country rather being born to be a reliable and loyal complainant! Whatever gruesome is apartheid aftermath is it must not, even a bit, affect your personal capabilities! It must be your hourly habit that you remind yourself that no one is going to set you free from mental slavery if you cant free yourself. It is gnawing my heart to have noticed that there are still people who believe to the inferiority factor that used to kill the spirit our people. A great man and a great patriot must be mindful of the fact the where there is a will there is always a way. Be man enough to face your challenges than keep on blaming on other people.
