I think as we grow older we all could say you have less and less - TopicsExpress

I think as we grow older we all could say you have less and less friends from school, much less friends from pre-school, that you hang out with or have contact with after High School. We get older and have kids, and dreams, and businesses. I got into an argument with one of my best friends over 6 years ago and havent spoke to him since......over absolutely nothing.......He passed away last night. And instead of this having anything to do with that...I would just like to tell everyone why he was a good friend and person to be around. I grew up with my friend and his twin brother from pretty much birth.(Or it seems as far as I can remember back we were getting into trouble) They never lived to far away and sleep overs and hang outs were on the regular. I could write 10 novels of stories that would be a billion pages long so I will keep this as short as I can. My friend Jason was a super smart guy. If you ever needed him in a pinch, or to fix something, he was the guy to know. He could fix your car while building a house from the foundation up at the same time. He was a Great friend and usually in a Great mood.Lol.....We partied super hard when we were younger and had the craziest cliques of friends. He was the guy that got it all together and was there to bail you out. He had a great time but was serious enough to take control if he had to. He had the mudding trucks and the canoes and the 4 wheelers and the cottage and the guns......Jason was pretty much the coolest dude you could know when you were growing up if you were into having a blast. He was the kind of guy to enjoy campfires and beers and the outdoors........outdoor pig wrestling and the occasional bar room dance with the boys in some random bar up north after mudding all weekend in the rain after white water rafting at Thortons.......man. Jason did a lot for a lot of people. He was probably the hardest worker I have ever seen in my life and he got the job done right cuz he gave a shit. Jason always had the coolest dogs and they listened to everything he said it was crazy. I was always jealous of that.Lol.....I can only imagine if Jason was this good of a person to his good friends how important he was to his family. Growing up with Jason I knew how important family and friends was to him and that never changed. I am so sorry for his families loss and most importantly his wife and sons loss and jasons twin brother Andy. As a friend I am truly indebted to anything his family needs just by being a part of Jasons life on his short ride here. It is a very, very sad time. I havent spoke to Jason for a very long time, but now feel like he has just taught me more than any friend will ever teach me in my life. Rest in Peace Jason Verrier you will be missed by too many to name.
