I think both the agry-maker and and angry-getter are guilty;only degree differs.Angry-maker commits the mistake just little earlier than the angry-getters.Only that person has full right to call somebody as an angry man who never got,gets and will not get angry with anyone in his life;irrespective of good and bad,near and distant people.Anger is not bad;its a protective force given by God to all animals in due ammount to be shown in time of crisis.The only thing which needs to be remembered is this that it must be expressed in a proportionate ammount and at proper time and it must also be taken care that it will certainly bring positive change in the receiver of it.
