I think every family had that one chair that was dads chair where only he was allowed to sit in. We had that chair. Whenever our dad wasnt home, my brother and I would take turns sitting in it until dad got home. It was like hot potato because whoever got caught sitting in that chair when he got home would get a whoopin. Youd hear his car come in and youd make a mad scramble out of the chair. Dad would always catch you though. Hed be like, Were you sitting in my chair? No, dad, I wasnt. But the chair would always be rocking like it was some type of perpetual motion machine. Youd have to add to the lie, It was the dog, I swear. You should actually be thanking me, dad. I mean, I know how much you hate it when the dog sits in your chair. Im the hero here, pops.
