I think everyone should see this. The first step toward becoming a competent professional in any field is acting like a professional and doing your job. Anyone who doesnt need to worry about paying their own bills can say what they want about being yourself and doing as you please. Its cheap candy they can throw out and the desperate will eat it up. It costs them nothing and yet earns them cool points. Always telling people what they want to hear and not what they need to hear, might make half-ass celebrities popular, but it really does more harm than good in the long run.
