I think everyone who knows me even a little knows that I am a very proud and outspoken (to say the least) conservative Republican. It means a lot to me to be a Republican and I know many amazing Republicans, along with Libertarians, Constitutionalists and, yes, even a couple of conservative Democrats who I think the world of, respect like crazy and consider brothers and sisters in arms. What I will not do, ever, is 1) ignore or turn my back on my principles and convictions, 2) bully or try to force anyone else to ignore or turn their backs on their principles and convictions or 3) endorse and support anyone who thinks its ok to bully or force anyone to do that. I dont care what your party affiliation or your political leanings; if you cant treat people with at least the most basic levels of respect, I dont really want anything to do with you. Without common decency and respect for others, weve already lost in terms of the bigger picture, no matter who wins which election. I just felt like I needed to make that clear today.
