I think from now on i am just gonna stop persuading people. I am getting tired of trying to emphasize the influence of persuasion to people. Why can you not introduce something, someone, or some place without including a title, reference, credential, experience, or even a education degree? Because the mentality of untrustworthiness exists. Which is whats been plaguing society with a legalistic approval inspired by institutional logistics. These days, you cant introduce a new thing without convincing someone of their background. Its like no one likes surprises anymore or discernment is their automatic mode all the time. for example: Hey i found a great new worship leader. people will think twice as the automatic discernment and ask always what his background or where he has served or what degree or qualifications does he have or what credentials or references does he have? Do i really have to mention he has served Davids Tent DC, Novahop, Jhop, Washington Hop, The Burn, Hilltop Conference, Awaken the Dawn, The Gate, Whole Word, YWAM? and then after if i mentioned all these things hes done, then people now trust and decide to go. You know im just gonna let people come if they want without trying to convince or include any kind of credential of persuasion. the world needs to trust more, through this, it will open the heart and become more open minded. i feel that the church scene just needs to be keep an open heart and be a little more open minded. instead of sticking with what you think you know and what you know, its all politics. the same goes for believers too. everywhere i go, there will always be some guy to try to assess what your background is..... like a job interview! theyll always ask how long have you been saved & then either jump the gun quick to judge you either as a baby christian or an old veteran...i mean why does it matter? who cares right? God knows and i think He is the only one who deserves to know. Not another man whos as the same as you or me facing the same kind of walk were all going through. Just keep it simple: Just accept them for who they are and trying to know their background is just unnecessary right now. It is better to ask when youve gotten to know them first. Not the other way around like an audition.
