I think it is a Waste of Time and Tax Payers Money. Dont we have enough Laws in Place. Do we REALLY NEED a Special Law JUST FOR THIS??? Dont we already have Laws in Place that Stop People from laying hands on another Person that doesnt want to be Touched to begin with(Pregnant or not)? Geez seriously this is what the World is coming to? Its so Petty. Do we really have nothing to do with our Time & Money? Whats next......People getting Fined/Ticketed for asking a Woman when shes due and shes not Pregnant??? We NEED less Govt in our Lives not more?! I can see it now: 911 whats your Emergency? I was doing my Grocery Shopping and a Stranger Touched/Rubbed my Pregnant Belly. Come on people SERIOUSLY??? 911-Operators/Cops/Courts etc have way more important stuff to be worrying about and dealing with. Not to mention all the $ that would be spent getting the Bill-Law Approved. Then of course youd have to Hire someone to be in Charge. Grow-Up and get over it. If you truly feel THAT violated then file assault charges but dont clog up the System w/more Nonsense Laws and Tax Payers Money.
