I think it is worst mistake of media by publishing rapist photos, please STOP helping the rapists by publishing their photos, I am pretty sure that it helps defense by discrediting the identification parade. Good job, Mumbai police. >>>>Can we have a quick stringent judgement like capital punishment given to these accused, so that people think twice before committing such a crime. Can we show the nation how brutally and to what extent can our justice system go to punish criminals of such heinous crime. Can the judgement in this case be an eye opener and a trend-setter for such people who get such a gruesome thought. I argue the Indian judicial system to please please take action and not to avail time by postponement and rule book procedural bullshit. At least that sense "accused being punished" would comfort the victim at a very little and help her to recover from her physical and mental trauma.
