I think its fair enough that the double amputee cant take part in the Bristol half marathon if she cant complete it in under 3 hours. Think of the stewards, first aid crew, finish line support, road closures, etc, etc. You can say that she can complete it without these being in place, but in that case she may as well do it independently anyway. m.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-bristol-26771497 In fact the council have given her a pretty good compromise. But thats not good enough?!
