I think its really Bullshit that the Spokane City and Mayors - TopicsExpress

I think its really Bullshit that the Spokane City and Mayors office points fingers to people and departments that cant enforce City Municipal Codes.. wasting peoples time and time is Money Mr Mayor Condon. Downtown Spokane Partnership does not handle City permits.. but Jan Quintrall of City of Spokane sure did pass the buck to him. Its so funny how we need Downtown to grow says the Mayors and others.. while they sit there and collect a check from all of us.. but cant seem to know how to process their own City Municipal Code... Its simple.. I need a demonstration permit to park broadcast vehicles in front of the Spokane Downtown Daiquiri Factory on Wall Street.. Its easier to just park and pay the ticket then trying to get the job done properly. So far this has been going on for 5 weeks now and it continues Thank god for social media! I can show the world.. and they can see how BS works in real time. See my journey so you can be just as pissed as I am.. especially if you have to deal with these people.. voted in or appointed.. its tims we start voting these people out and hold them accountable for holding Spokane back! SMH scroll to the bottom and read up: Thanks Mark for that confirmation, I am not really sure why Jan Quintrall would refer me to your office or why you would want to have a meeting if you can not facilitate what I am trying to do or what I need done. Saved myself from another meeting that doesnt accomplish anything and further finger pointing. I truly appreciate that. Jan feel free to tell me who indeed I do need to talk to, I simply need the person and application process, not another person who can not authorize or administer it. Given that this is your second correspondence in which you have linked and informed me of your legal representation (what I perceive to be posturing) I feel I have no option but to consult with city and potentially private counsel before responding further. The municipal code states this application process for demonstrations, However after meeting with Jennifer, she did not have a copy of either application or process. I understand whats planned for the future for wall street as she and Andrew have explained. I simply need to know what I need to do to park broadcast vehicles in front of my business and broadcast from time to time. Again, can we have a demonstration application and a copy of the process so my legal and I can have documents prepared to turn in? Or is there no application or process in place as stated by the City Municipal Code? I have documented email to Andrew and received a email back from him stating We (Andrew & Seargant Alexander) decide what we want and what they think is best for the community on wall street. This is not process as stated in the city code and seems very bias. After this I contacted the mayors office which have referred me to your office once again. I would prefer not to waste any ones time and hold another meeting just to have yet another meeting again. Feel free to forward the application, and schedule my legal to meet with you at your next available opening. If possible please give us two possible days and times and we will confirm to one. John Pierce my legal advisor is cc on this email. Thanks for your time. From: Mark Richard Friday, March 14, 2014 3:54 PM KGZG-FM PENDLETON BROADCASTING; Andrew Rolwes Jan Quintrall; Attorney John Pierce RE: Formal Request For Application For Demonstration Permit for 121 N Wall Street Mr. Pendleton, Thank you for writing. I wrote you several weeks ago to offer a meeting, share with you the services we provide and to discuss some of the challenges you are facing as a result of some of your marketing, as well as the adverse impact you are having on downtown, but I did not hear back from you. In addition, Andrew from my office also reached out and requested a meeting in response to your question approximately two weeks ago regarding the parking of your vehicle and closing Wall st. , and to date I am not aware that he has heard from you. I cannot speak to the event you describe specifically but to my knowledge they are not looking to close down the street; I could be wrong. I share this information because in your previous email you described the difficulty you are having in getting straight answers and assistance from the city and community. Andrew has gone for the day, but I have included him and will ask him to reach out to you on Monday and find a time to meet. I am packed next week, but will make myself available the following week.
