I think its time. We are slumping at the end of the season again with what should be the most dominate team in the NHL. Things I have noticed over the last few years that can be placed at the feet of the coach are 1. Players waiting for the puck to come to them instead of moving to the puck. This allows the other team to either intercept the puck or at least be right on top of our players when they receive it. 2. We seem to come out of the locker room emotionally cold. I dont think they are consistently hitting the ice at the beginning of games and after every period with the energy level needed to win.(I am willing to be at all the home games to do some guided meditation or motivational speaking if they need me.) 3. Similar to #1 is that we dont get back into our defensive end as quickly as possible and often someone who looks like he is skating around on a frozen pond in his yard to go retrieve the puck ends up being challenged in his own end this is one cause of all the opposition short handed goals we have seen lately and has forced players to break some of the fundamental rules of hockey like Dont pass in front of your own net These are all management problems our workers have the skills and ability to get the job done they just need direction. thehockeynews/blog/should-the-pittsburgh-penguins-fire-dan-bylsma/
