I think life would be much easier if we consistently did what we loved and surrounded ourselves with people who helped us do that. If you love going on adventures and exploring new places then dont stop doing that if youre still able, and find people who want to do it with you. If you love competing in sport and challenging yourself physically then dont stop and dont let anyone make you feel like you should. Find people to help you foster that. If you love to love, give and receive, and be passionate, then do it and find people who want to do that too. If you want to celebrate the holidays and decorate then do it, and do it with people who love it. If you want to take risks and challenge yourself then do it and find people who will make the leap with you. Safe and mundane is always there and we always have a choice. We can choose in any given moment to give as much love as we have, or withhold it, be comfortable or uncomfortable, do what makes us happy or do what makes us unhappy. Choose love and positivity and comfort and openness and excitement and smiles, and give it to others - it makes life so much easier and better. I think its important to live a life where you can look back and say you did everything with your whole heart - every single thing, even if it was scary or uncertain, or people abandoned you, or you had to work at it. I love spontaneity and surprise and I never want to allow myself to lose that. So be strong and there will always be someone who will share the things you love most with you. Thats whats so great about being human.
