I think now I understand why the Leftist community, in particularly my black brothers and sisters, are upset with the acquittal of George Zimmerman. For a jury to find George Zimmerman justified in the use of deadly force, they had to convict a young black man, named Trayvon Martin, of aggravated assault. They shy away from recognizing personal responsibility or the lack of it in the leftist sphere of influence. Our Statist brethren would have us believe that if George Zimmerman had stayed in his car, if he had not had a gun, if Zimmerman had not profiled Trayvon, the young black man-child would be alive today. How about this: If Trayvon Martin’s mother and father were married, he would be alive today! If his father and mother had grounded him for being suspended from school, he would be alive today! If Trayvon had not taken to smoking a little weed, he would be alive today! See! Two can play that game! I am tired of being thought of as a racist just because I believe that I am responsible for me. Because I believe that no man may demand of me such property, monies, or time. Because I believe that I am the one person that may determine where, when, and how much of my property, monies, or time to give to my community. White does not a racist make, just like Black does not an inferior being make. If my black brothers and sisters wish to be seen as equals, be willing to accept equality and shed the slights of a few ignorant bigots. If my black brothers and sisters wish to rise, throw off the yoke of Leftist, Statist, power hungry, race-baiting, faux leaders that have anchored their minds to believing that they are viewed as less than they truly are and less than they can be! Rise up! Stand up! Be all you know that you can be. Let no one tell you that you are being held back. Take responsibility for yourself! Rise up! Stand with me as equals.
