I think one of the worst tragedies of life is when a family member forgets that no one has your back and your best interest at heart than your family that has been at your side thru thick and thin, never rejected you or abandoned you despite anything you might have done and/or said. No matter how badly you may have hurt that family member that has been at your side, they always end up forgiving you because the love is so deep that forgiving is easy. To allow others to interfere with that relationship and sway them to think otherwise makes not only my heart ache but also my chest ache for that person. So many of us have experience one or the other side of what I am speaking of and I know you will understand the pain if you are the one that stood by that loved one and watch them make such terrible mistakes because they were not able to hear you or see the love you have for them, that you only ever wanted the best for them. Life is filled with enough pain and sorrow that others should not be able to sway a loved one away from their family but it happens all the time and every single day. So my only solution is to pray. I not only pray that they see the truth but if they do end up making mistakes, God protects them, helps them thru the consequences, and guides them back to the right path. My thoughts and feelings for today, may this help some of you get thru another wonderful day knowing you are not alone experiencing such a difficult time since there are many of us that have experienced this and lived to talk about it with joy or without joy in our heart, depending on the outcome. Maybe the outcome has not developed fully for some of us but with patience and understanding, I pray we all have a wonderful outcome sooner than later. I know there was a time I did not see the truth a long time ago but my outcome did happen and it became a wonderful outcome. I have personally experienced both sides of this and neither side is a good side to be on but it has made me more understanding and forgiving because of it. If you have not experience either, may you never have to experience such a tragic time in your life.
