I think salaries of FDA employees should be variable, and based exclusively on what percentage of the entire US population is happy with their decisions, performance and management. Also, I think they should be assessed massive fines based on whether they come from, or subsequently leave to accept jobs with, companies or corporations managed or regulated by FDA rules/exceptions. Do you think that if we did that, wed end up with a better FDA? I think so.
