I think that it is long past the time to keep this guy locked up in Gitmo. If two presidents, and every major intelligence organization and law enforcement agency has determined that this guy should be released, then RELEASE him. We know that there have been some people rounded up in Bushs ill-conceived war on terror and hustled off to Gitmo when they have done nothing wrong except to have been in the wrong place at the wrong time. It is sad that every person involved in his detention has determined that he a) should be released, and b) didnt belong there in the first place.
