I think that the so-called Sports Bars in Guyana seriously need to up their game (no pun intended). I spent considerable time Saturday night driving around looking for somewhere that was showing the Bradley/Marquez fight. Checked 3 popular places and none of them were showing it. Now we were a crew of 5 guys looking to watch the fight and have a few drinks but instead ended up home by me to watch it. If I owned a Sports Bar Id consider that as loss of potential income. Cmon guys, you need to get an understanding of what sports people follow, keep track of the major events and market accordingly. Marketing should not be seen merely as happy hour buy 1 get 1 free.
