I think, the definition of MASTER in Taekwon-Do, it must comes - TopicsExpress

I think, the definition of MASTER in Taekwon-Do, it must comes from the time table of required years in practice and training with a Grand Master or in activity of participation of the seminars or classes. Those who has no time or own Grand master who claim that are INDEPENDENT of any organization, I can not recognize simply only on base of whatever they say so. As the General Choi described the time table of Taekwon-Do, from 6th Dan it must comply with 6 years of activity to be a 7th Dan. BUT, this is very relative of the time because some individuals practice almost everyday and 5 or 6 days a week and more then 5 to six hours. So, the years of timing for the 7th Dan to be a master, varies. Another question of this, Who is qualified to give the qualification of MASTER TITLE with 7th Dan certificate? I know that in North Korean ITF has no ORIGINAL KOREAN MASTERS OF ITF LEFT, I wonder who gave the titles of masters or grand masters? The President Jang Ung who is totally unknown of Taekwon-Do and as a Basketball coach? OK, here go again that the 7th Dan with MASTER title are based of maturity of philosophical concept and the high level of SPIRIT as a Martial Artist. this is what I believe until now. Thank You. I apologies if my English language is not perfect, forgive me. DO.
