I think the greatest ways you can give back to your community is importing them with your knowledge and sharing your experiences so that they can live in a better light. This Saturday I was asked to be a guest speaker at the culinary program that I graduated from to speak to fellow students and future chefs about food cost and control in the culinary field. I believe in local and community because I believe in it as well as reinvest in it.... True talk
