I think there is such a vulnerability to loving someone. Its been so long since I actually understood those feelings of guarding your heart so much (because it is important... It is what helps guide you into the person you are) never allowing yourself to feel true emotions because you were scared. Investing a pure heart is one of the scariest things to do but its also the reason we exist. We are destined to desire that relationship where opening up is a given, communication is always. You learn to give more than you take and you put that heart youve held so long .... Into someone elses hands. These things need to be done over and over again in any marriage or relationship. It builds trust... It builds strength and it builds the force of unconditional love! Respect your spouses heart. Respect what they are giving you. The piece of them who makes them who they are. Treat it well, nurture, love and protect with all your might. What you are doing is shaping this person... Because as you know, we never stop growing and learning. All you need to do is.... Love!
