I think theres a reason why I never feel drawn to or like I have much in common with pessimists, those who use sarcasm or mocking as a discussion technique, or social radicals either of the left or the right is that, despite the often professed desire to change the world for the better: its usually a destructive passion. Devoid of joy, nothing of meaning or value can be accomplished. I admire far more those who, with a smile on their faces or in their eyes, quietly and steadily love and help those right around them.
