I think these pranks have 2 goals: 1) A litmus test to see the reflexes and temperament of Black Males in an Urban environment, to see how quickly they can become aggressive and act on said aggression. This way they can calculate how to tactically attack black neighborhoods once Martial Law is declared. 2) Its a well designed set up propaganda campaign against Black Males to paint them as violent out of control and feral. That way the images can go viral and remain in the Publics mind so when the Nazis (Cops) begin to openly kill and maim black males itll be seen as control of monsters I beg you. Heed the Message.
