I think this guy is telling the way it is. Most of the time the contrails are just condensation trails that naturally happen behind a jet in the high elevations and correct conditions they can appear and disappear because of the varying conditions . Burning jet fuel (Kerosene) and other fuels like propane create around 50% water when burnt. I have seen these as a young boy in the late 50s so this is long before weather modification and any possibility of Chemtrails . I would suggest it happens from special purpose built planes and is not a hidden conspiracy but open knowledge that it is happening and is called Geo engineering ,,, purpose of this is the same as always Weather modification , , if it turns out there is some long term damage to people or the environment , it is just Coincidental Collateral damage. Like so many things in a greed orientated society one groups agenda often steps on the foot of another. Also they are playing with so many things that have never been tested for long term effects, so they really do not know what these effects will be.
