I think this is a great clip because it expresses no ideology. He is just showing the numbers. Although there is a lot of nuances when it come to discrimination as a whole, the numbers themselves show how racist our judicial system is towards black Americans. Like he says, to deny it is simply denying endless amounts of data that shows the contrary. We have to, at the very least, accept as a country that even though we may not feel or experience a disproportionate amount of racism towards black people in our own personal lives, the blacks experience both by the numbers and by what black people are expressing is one of racial bias.
